on the stage not only the idols themselves but the executioners are sexualized and objectified too, literally shirtless and making thrusting hips movement at one point, it seems like theyre feeding into the “big men having sex with small women” p*rn trope with how mizi is made to look childish with the amount of big bows and pigtails but i wont get into detail with that now

theyre like the robot like guards from alien stage, theyre operating for the system that exploits other humans against their own will because they dont even have one.

earlier in the career we see how she performs heteronormativity and sex appeal for the male gaze, getting exploited by the industry she works for which drives her further away from sua, in one scene she literally slaps her and in another when sua hands her some flowers she discards it like sua was some fan, being an idol has stripped the intimacy off of their relationship as theyre seen as nothing but objects of attraction that perform for the audience. (also mizi not reacting back to sua trying to kiss her and hold hands but thats later in the episode)

now moving to the actual zombie design, the dehumanization has become even more visible; shes wearing very revealing clothing which is the vibrant pink color(the stereotypical “girly” color which just ties back to her being forcefully squeezed into the heteronormative roles) and no facial feature is left on her face but her mouth. you cant even make eye contact with her; her eyes, the window to the soul is sold as some acquirable item, her idol persona has completely overtaken her identity and the only emotion that she can display is her smile as she completely loses her autonomy
