where can senior citizens seek affordable legal help in the PH for neighbor/property disputes?

hi, my senior citizen lolo — who currently has no other source of income except pension — is currently dealing with an ongoing dispute with a neighbor regarding a shared structure between the properties.

this all started because they complained that my lolo’s gate was “too noisy.” it eventually escalated to the point where there were already angry posts and mura on social media.

a land survey was later conducted, and it showed that a portion of the area being claimed actually belongs to my lolo.

naka-barangay na multiple times, but so far parang walang clear resolution and most of the advice he’s been getting feels dismissive or unhelpful.

at this point, we’re mainly looking for guidance on what proper offices, government agencies, legal aid groups, or support channels we can approach for situations like this — especially for senior citizens who cannot easily afford private legal assistance.

would appreciate any general guidance or direction. thank you.

how do you mentally recover ASAP after workplace conflict?

I’m a fresh grad and still adjusting to working life, and sometimes there are misunderstandings/miscommunication between me and my boss. She’s actually nice compared to a lot of toxic boss stories I hear, so I know it’s not even that serious 😭 but my people-pleaser side overthinks everything.

The night before work, I replay the interaction so much and get anxious going back the next day. It takes up way too much mental energy even when the issue is already “done.”

I also feel like this is such an important skill to develop in corporate jobs — being able to recover fast mentally and not carry every uncomfortable interaction home with you.

How do you guys move on faster mentally after awkward/tensed moments at work? Especially if you’re naturally sensitive or anxious about disappointing people.
