Loved the book but the BBC series misses so much at the beginning!

I finished the book today, I loved it. So much so that I have just started the BBC series and only half way through the first episode and a bit disappointed at how much they have skimmed past. The bullying she endured by her cousin and the treatment she had seemed to be very rushed, followed by the school where they barely introduced Helen Burns and some of the things she struggled with that she got punished for often (which when reading I cried at)... Alongside some other things so far. Seems very hurried.

Soft or true summer ~ Shall I go blonder or darker?

Neutral, cool leaning skin tone. Blue grey eyes. Quite rosy. Natural hair: light - medium brown, quite warm in the sunlight.

NMIP (no makeup in pics). Afternoon sun coming through the window, no lights on.

I was typed a true summer online when I had my hair tied up in more direct light, but could be a soft summer.

Does this washed out blonde hair colour suit me or would brightening it up a bit work? I am growing my natural brown underneath.

My cats breath stinks, should I feed raw?

I have 2 ragdoll boy cats who have just turned 5. Since the age of 1 they have had a stinky breath. The vet pointed out gingivitis on the gums back then (crazy for how young they were) and since I have tried brushing their teeth and a powder in their food called "Plaque off" as well as dental treats. Nothing really made much of a difference. I admit I haven't been extremely consistent with the brushing though, they don't like it. I sometimes put a dental gel on their paws to lick off instead.

I am contemplating feeding them raw meat and chicken wings for their teeth to crunch. I tried years ago but never got the hang of it (I was worried that I wasn't giving them enough taurine), I used to raw feed the dogs I had but they were a lot easier/simple requirements diet wise compared to a cat.

I also think raw meat might be better for hydration and generally because it can imitate a more natural diet?

Anyhow any tips/advice very welcome.

I think I may be a romantic as I have quite rounded features... And Ingenue, and maybe ethereal? I'm not sure though, just trying to work it out as I am new to this. 33 and still figuring out how to dress 😅🫣
