Good day everyone!!! Been with Visible for over 3 years now. On annual. Love it. However I couldn’t get the promos new customers get. So I took a leap… ported to Tello for $9.00 then ported back to Visible and used the same email but added @googlemail.com since I have Gmail. It worked so I didn’t have to use another email. Yay!!! So for example if you use Gmail and your email is johndoe@gmail.com you would do johndoe@googlemail.com and it still gets delivered.

It’s so hard to beat $225 a year. It is totally worth the time as you save $225. This looking to take advantage I would recommend it.

There are some hoops to jump through, but it’s worth it.

Make sure you enable HD video for 4K and enable global pass as you get 24 days. Plus if you have a smartwatch you get free service for the entire year. You will need to be someone who is somewhat tech savvy to execute this. Pace yourself and take your time.

Some backstory. I work for a large retailer in the USA as a manager, but not the general manager. I mention to my GM that I need help and that I come back from my days off and the trash isn’t thrown it’s over flowing, the shelves aren’t stocked with products we have in the back, or faced, etc. so I let my GM know my frustrations, and my GM said he would address it with the team and he agreed that the shelves need to be faced as we are taking product from the shelves.

Now over 2 weeks later nothing has changed, trash still is stuffed to the rim, counters are a mess, shelves aren’t stocked or faced, bathrooms are a mess with literal shit on toilet seats, etc.

Today I said I needed to chat with my GM.
I let him know that I asked him to address my concerns and nothing has changed or been addressed so with that being said I let my GM know that I’m going to begin matching the energy of others and that it can’t just be me.

My GM said that he understands, but doesn’t agree. That was the end of the conversation.

So WIBTAH by letting my GM know I’m going to match the entire of the team?

Edit: I am a manager, but I’m not the manager. The general manager likes to manage and talk to the employees and doesn’t want me to do that. I have tried talking with the others and nothing gets done. I don’t have the ability to write people up or fire people. I’m basically a regular employee just with a manager title. The general manager makes all the decisions.
