Denied Sunday Saver - not enough readings

Sunday Saver checklist: What you need to join the challenge

Mobile phone number

A one or two-rate electricity tariff

One electricity supply number

Heathly smart meter readings

It looks like we don't have enough readings from your electricity meter at the moment. Unfortunately, this means you won't be able to join the challenge just yet. But come back and try another time – hopefully we'll have enough readings soon.

The first 3 items are green check marks

I joined on the 10th July, all but yesterdays readings are up and showing 30 minute readings.

I've looked that T&Cs and can't see any minimum readings, does it require a full months reading?

Does EDF send notification alerts when a smart charge session is generated?

Also, since EDF is pretty generous with extending the 'slots,' would that generate another alert?

Smart Meter or EDF missing 30 minute uploads.

For context I switched on the 10th June and got the EV tariff on the 12th.

Looking at the Energy Hub for the 18th I see a few bars just after midnight and nothing since.

I've downloaded the CSV and that shows no more entries from 01:30, any ideas?

Yes I have contacted EDF and so far no response

Having problems setting up Smart Charging with Tesla M3 SR+ and Hypervolt Home 3 Pro

I'm having problems setting up the smart charging on the above, I've been through it a number of time and doesn't connect and the web page calls out an error. Can't remember the exact error as I've given up for today.

I've added the Tesla, adding the charger shows Hypervolt and the list says 7kw charger (no Home Pro). Takes it all the way to verify the Tesla virtual key and that works, then errors out.

I doubt I'm the only one as Hypervolt is one of the better chargers, any ideas?

I did a lot of testing and I managed to get a granny charger to create a scheduled charge

Thanks for any help.

Switchover today, electricity only, Energy Hub shows the following, is this normal?

Moved from Octopus and it's gone from their app.

Meter communication issue

Sometimes your smart meter can have trouble connecting to the network and can't send readings. In most cases your meter will reconnect and send us readings as soon as it's back online. Our system normally lets us know of issues and our smart metering experts will be working hard to get your smart meter reconnected as soon as possible. Your Energy Hub graphs will be back available once the issues have been resolved.

EDF GoElectric+Smart Charge how frequent are the smart charging slots?

I know there is a huge varaiability in the above question, on IOG currently but can normally get a 1-2 hour slot not long after plugging in and not having charged for a day or two?

Are EDF's Smart Charge like IOG, I know they use the Kraken platform so it seems like it should be?

I'm very tempted to switch.

Octopus IOG to EDF GoElectric

I see a number of posts where people are moving from IOG to EDF and everyone seems to say how good it is.

I'd like to solicit a balanced opinion on moving: is it really that good and how long does it take to get on the EV tariff? Also, any other horror stories?

For me the price difference isn't that great.

I'll admit that I don't fully understand OEICs, ETFs, and ISA transfers.

All my Fidelity ISAs are OEICs. Ideally, I'd like to transfer to T212 for ETFs like VWRP. It seems like I have to sell the ISAs and then transfer either within Fidelity or T212. In this transaction do these ISAs still maintain ISA status?

Thanks for plugging the knowledge gap
