VFS Global issues

While delivering my passport to one of their offices, I have experienced some of the issues with them that are coming up on the news this week (CBC reporting, unsure if allowed to link here).

I had to go to their office twice because the person there kept refusing to receive my passport and went on and on about stuff they would need (like a made-up IRCC explanation) to do exactly what they are paid to do (collect passports).

I'm making this post to let anyone know this: if they hinder or try to block you from doing exactly what you should be doing, exactly what the IRCC requested, do not hesitate to submit a webform to the IRCC right away and let them know what is happening. My webform was reviewed by an officer. It was resolved.
