Sunscreens need to be more than 50ml

Where ever I go all I see is 50 gms sunscreen and it pmo so much like bro we need to use it on face three finger length to cover neck and reapply it every three hours ( realistically speaking no one does ) and also cover body and all that to achieve peak sun protection and yet they're so freaking small. Companies need to do better and start manufacturing bigger packaging .

Any alternatives to microneedling ?

So I wonder if there are any alternatives to microneedling . I wanted to try but my doctor advised me against it since I have psoriasis and it( microneedling) can trigger the koebner phenomenon and there is this bald spot that I want to fix . Any advice and tips would be helpful thank you 😊.

Can you realistically grow your hair length in a month ?

I finally got the freedom to cut my hair however I want to and I now made a mistake of making it too short and also unevenly I won't cut more to fix that since it's still long enough but I want to know if I can increase the length in a month ? At least 2 inches ? Give me your best hair tips, oils, and length retention practices . I always keep my hair in a braid, but I'd love to explore more hairstyles that are good for length retention and also no buns, Please. Also, thank you
