so so so happy we got a break from the rain

mine is that bad drivers intentionally use those "novice driver" signs to get away with driving like an idiot. because they know nobody would ever honk at a beginner. seriously why am i seeing 10 novice drivers on the average commute? and why are most of them way above teenage/learning age? and never accompanied with a passenger/instructor? like sum fishy going on and it's not just your pussy......

does anyone know if they're even available or do i have to drive all the way out there? i would prefer a physical card not e-giftcard
