I tried following a guide for rooting, but got absolutely lost as I have no idea on how to use github. Is there a rooting guide for dummies out there somewhere?😭
I’ve now been at it for 6 months trying to find a nice looking flip phone that works reliably in the us. There’s no No mive, no galaxy folder 2, no w2019. Any network mapping possible ive used it, & I’ve memories T-Mobile & att band by heart. If it looks nice, it doesn’t work here. My hope is hanging on by a thread, & I rather die than carry around a “rugged” phone. Not interested in ketais in the moment as I want one with google services (I already have one & it’s not the best) I fear I’ll be 82 before mive comes out with the 3 💔
I know this is so “why can’t we just print more money?” But can we not just change the bands on a phone to fit different countries? Like can the phone just not be opened & tweaked or something. I’m probably too stupid to understand lil, but I’m suprised there hasn’t been a super smart person able to figure it out yet. Is it possible?

I’ve had this phone for a few months, but switched back to my iPhone 15 because I hated having to carry it around for uber & Lyft. I’ve seen YouTube vids about micro g (which basically allows your phone to think it has google services) but it always gave error message when logging into my google account. Is there any way around this? I’d love to make it my main phone again.
Had the KY-42 but hated having to always keep my iPhone with me for uber/maps/bus etc. recently saw the move folder 3 leak & looks like it would be my dream phone, but since the Japanese version of the 2 came out a few months ago, what’s a good guess for it being released?
