I've had a pork neck in a dry equilibrium cure in my fridge for about 3 months.
Has anyone else left pork in a cure that long and still eaten it?
I plan on smoking it like a ham.

After about 10 years with my Nano, it's now just flashing red and will not work. I've unplugged it, cleaned it, and dried it out, and it's still flashing red. Does anyone know what else can be done to get it to work again?
If not, I'll buy something new. What would you recommend that is affordable? Has anyone bought an Inkbird?
I want to make a portable island from 2 Metod base cabinets. Has anyone done this before? I'm wondering if I can just screw the wheels directly into the base cabinets.
I used to use an app called Cyberflix. There is a menu that shows Recently Updated shows, new shows, premiering shows and airing today.
I mostly use it to find new shows to watch.
Is there an add-on for Stremio that has those menus?

We switched our 1 year old American Bully to raw about a month ago. We are doing whole prey with mostly beef and quail.
That said, his is doing great. His allergies and skin issues are 100% better, BUT he smells. I can't describe the smell but it's not the most pleasant. Even after we bathe him, the next day he is back to smelling bad.
Anyone experience this?
