Rula El Chami , Hisham Al-Shaikhli In terms of teaching style, exams, grading—and overall—who would be the better choice ?

Are the chances of transferring from dental medicine to medicine high?

I got accepted into dental medicine,
I want to ask if i applied for a transfer to med and it got accepted, ik that ill be in medicine starting from the next year, but the question is will i have to retake that year after spending a year in dental medicine, so will i repeat 6 years or will it be 5 since one year was already spent in dental medicine ?

So are the questions in both websites similar?
I would like to focus on the question in the college board website but many people are saying khan academy is better, what should i do?

I took the test 3 times , first 2 were on computer, my results were:
1st attempt overall 7 (L7.5 R 6.5 W6 S 7.5)
2nd attempt:
L 9
R 6.5
W 7
S 7
Overall 7.5
After getting these results i decide to take it on paper thinking that it might change anything but i got
8 L
8 R
6.5 w (wrote task 1 within 10 mins cz i was running out of time)
S 7
Overall 7.5

I need to get at least an 8 overall to get into the college i want as it is very competitive, idk what to do , should i take the test on computer cz i am running outta time and i need to get the results asap? How can i improve speaking? How can i improve writing? How many days should i prepare for before retaking the test?
I really dk what to do i need at least an 8 overall before the application deadline !!
Anyone who had the same problem and fixed it?
PLS HELP!!
