Never Played DnD, but an avid WoW Lover. What exactly is this collab?

Heyo!

I have never played DnD before. But I kinda understand how DnD works and it's gameplay. My question overall is....

What exactly does this collab bring? Is it just a manual to continue in-person and digital DnD information?

Will there be a video game kind of thing from this?

I would like to try it out and play it but I don't exactly know what this collab really brings for a WoW enthusiast. Is it going to be out of my reach or how do I try it?

Things to do before a Key is activated in M+?

I am trying to find a guide for all classes on what abilities can be used as they key is about to activate. I want to expand my class roster and as I'm doing keys, I find it hard to track what I can and can't use without just trying it out.

Other than Pre-pots and some consumable. What abilities are you guys using for your class or specc specifically?

I know for Rogue, I stack up my empowered combo points with Shadow Dances before the key. Anything else I can add to this?

For Warlock:

-Soulstone the Healer or tank before the key to have a free 10 minute Brez into the key that doesn't count for the Brez timer

-Lock Rocks (Obviously)

-Cast Eye of Kilrog while the key is about to enter so you dont have your main pet dismissed. OR cast Fel Domination to have the free cast.

I want to create a Prot Warrior, anything for them?

Any other classes you play like Meta for DH?

Blizzard nailed M+ legacy Mount access. But why stop at M+? Let high-end PvP and Raiding earn legacy rewards too.

Blizzard nailed it this time with their update for letting players buy old Keystone Legend mounts when they hit current high-end Mythic+ ratings (3400). Honestly, it’s among the most stellar changes in their reward systems in recent memory. Excluding the fact that the M+ mounts are kinda wack (Atleast TWW are)

But here’s the thing it doesn’t have to end with Mythic+.

Why limit these awesome rewards to one part of the game when others deserve recognition too? (unpopular opinion)

In Player vs. Player, why not say that if you reach Gladiator in the current season, you can get a token to redeem for a past Gladiator mount? Or perhaps give players the option to snag an old Elite armor set instead. If folks worry Gladiators are too easy to come by, just ratchet up the standards go for 3500 Rating or link it to achievements spanning multiple seasons: If you reach Glad 2x+ THEN you start getting access to tokens.

It's worth noting the main idea here isn’t to hand out rewards for free. Current-season excellence deserves acknowledgment in the form of past prestige items, such as cosmetic goodies.

For raiding, a similar setup could work. Achieve Cutting Edge and bam, you’re given a token for a previous CE mount (I know they are available at a low drop rate). Alternatively, hit several CE achievements throughout an expansion, and you unlock older raid mount rewards. This switch takes the struggle out of tracking down that rare 1% drop rate mount from ancient raids and shows appreciation to those tackling today's tough stuff.

These aren't easy paths by any means, but they do serve as proper tributes to those performing at the top of their game.

Blizzard kicked off this fantastic approach with Mythic+. Now it’s time to push through more avenues. AND WHY DOES PVP ALWAYS GET KICKED DOWNTHE ROAD. Regardless of participation or whatever, let us enjoy the game with some creativity in rewards as well. Vicious Saddles were a great start.

Before anyone fires up about this being too simple, remember, it’s about giving modern champions who match or exceed previous peak performers a shot at some serious legacy kudos. So yeah, trading posts filled with cheap Gladiator mounts aren't on the table. But why not give today's titans a taste of renown?

Blizzard took the big step with M+ already, so why stop now?

There’s something special about getting epic rewards for your hard-won victories in the current meta. But there is also something off-putting about knowing I'll never see some of the previous rewards again.

I know this may hurt players who ride on their Vicious Gladiator mounts in the city. But, what about the greater good of the playerbase.
