I've been on 300xl for about 8 months now, and while my depression and ADHD is a lot better, my anxiety is still high. My therapist suggested pairing Zoloft with Wellbutrin to manage the anxiety. Does anyone here have experience with this?

I have a shitty relationship with my dad? Who doesn't.

My partner forgets anniversaries and birthdays? They don't beat me or cheat on me.

I have a hard time saying no? Just say no. It's just a word.

Grief? Everyone dies!

This has to be a normal feeling right? I've had 3 sessions so far.

I don't want to feel like I'm wasting my T's time (probably because I'm a people pleaser).
