Hi! So I have an idea for a short film. I am super new to all of this. I started jotting ideas down and have been doing that all day. What should I be doing to start the process of making this shortfilm. I know some photographers/videographers and some filmmakers but I wanted to see what you all had to say. I live in Wisconsin and they just made an incentive to film here as well.

Made this classical cinematic dance track. I plan on adding words and vocals but coming up with a catchy melody is so hard for me.
