France and Greece are currently on fire if they wanted a reason to do Rock-A-Thon 2

The subject of a second Rock-A-Thon was brought up on the pod recently with the main reason as to why it didn’t happen being that the first one had such a strong cause that they wouldn’t want to do a second one for generic charity.

Well right now, France, Spain, Greece, (and maybe some more euro countries) are battling the worst wildfires they’ve ever seen with there being fire clouds in France for the first time ever (this is when the smoke becomes so great that it makes its own weather system, the weather being lightning that sparks more fire and strong winds that push the fires)

The sentiment seemed like they wanted to do another one and the cause being a fire again but this time in their home countries instead of their hometowns is almost cliche

I hope this doesn’t come off as insensitive, just some food for thought and if nothing else this raises a little awareness to the crazy stuff that’s happening outside the US

Unsure what my rates for promotional content should be

My niche is a specific popular trading card game

On instragram, I have 30k followers, average 4 million views per month (it’s currently 5m last 30 days), and average 1-2 million interactions per month. Each post does about 20k-200k views.

My Instagram is connected to my Facebook which is at 16k followers. My views aren’t a great metric over there because a post did 8m views last month but in general Facebook is a little more hit or miss with views being 3-6k or 60-150k

I also have 7k on Tik Tok, though I’m not as consistent on there. My posts do well enough when I do post, but average 3-30k views.

I haven’t worked with many brands, and when I have it’s usually been just free stuff. I was recently asked what my standard rates are and I genuinely have no idea what to say. Thank you for any feedback!
