What would be a better choice purely on the basis of Job opportunities

Ive completed my BCA from a tier 3 college
*(my_qualifications)

So i wanted to pursue MCA..

But now im looking forward to Msc in Software Technology as im weak in math..

Yet all this doesnt matter if i dont land a job.
So i wanted to know which would actually help me out here.

MCA (tier 3)Or MSc Software technology(tier3)
