So the A rank wengine some people waited for is just ass for Velina?
Her core passive states that when her initial energy regen goes over 1.2, for every additional 0.01 her dmg and anomaly mastery goes up. This lil guy gives flat energy, not ER. I havent tested it myself nor dug deep about it, but im pretty sure this is useless for her compared to ER stat sticks like Kaboom or The Vault.
