(Almost) All Aldi Taco Pizza

Pardon the overall esthetic. I'm still working on it, but here is my almost all Aldi pizza. Sunday has become my fresh pizza day tradition and this is today's entry. Yeast, olive oil, salt, sugar, cheddar block, vegan taco filling, taco seasoning, and onion from Aldi. Bread flour from somewhere else because Aldi doesn't carry it. 3 day cold ferment for the dough and home oven at 550 degrees for the cook. I could have gone another minute or two, but I get 2-3 meals from this, so I have to reheat and it tends to be better.

First off, I already replaced the axle. Here is the background: I bought the trailer new about 5 years ago. I replaced all the tires about two years in because I wanted Goodyear E-rated. When I replaced the tires, I thought "huh, that tire looks uneven" and I just assumed it was the cheap, Chinese tire. Last year, I was at the dump station and noticed that the tire was really worn. I frantically made calls because we were scheduled to make a 2k mile Spring Break trip to FL. Every place I called said it was likely the axle. I found a place that had one in stock and they replaced the axle and tire. I figured that I was good. Well, I'm not. The same tire wore in the same pattern. Now I have replaced the tire again and swapped to the spare rim to run down my process of elimination. Does anyone have any ideas? I dont know yet if it was a rim issue but I feel that I am only left with suspension or frame issues. Thank you!

At least, it is for me. My 10 y/o and I were digging through the basement and found my mom's old bread machine, including my original art from when I was about my son's age. This brought a wave of nostalgia and memories of my mom making my favorite egg bread. She never got the chance to meet her grandkids, but my kids and I are going to make an egg bread. It will be like a time machine going back 33 years.
