Do MA Compliant 229s have an LCI?

Do MA Compliant 229s have an LCI?

I’m wanting to pull the trigger on this P229r Two-Tone brand new, but it’s apparently MA Compliant with the model number 229RM-9-TSS and UPC 798681402724. I don’t see the ugly CA style LCI on the top of the slide in the stock image but can’t find concrete info as to whether this will show up with an LCI. Don’t care about a heavier trigger or smaller mags but this would be a deal breaker on what looks like an awesome find for $799.

Can anyone with experience or direct knowledge chime in as to what MA compliant will entail on this particular model?

Need help with Legion color on this P229

Considering picking up this P229 Legion as my second Sig, my first being the 365 AXG Legion. I’m trying to understand if this P229 Legion has the same green-ish finish as my 365 but these photos make it look much more of a grey-color. Can anyone confirm if there are multiple Legion finishes for P229s or if it is in fact going to look identical to my 355 AXG?

Getting the Itch for a Manual Reel Mower - NWA

Been working this spring now summer to thicken up this yard after I moved in at the end of last summer. Right now mowing twice per week with a budget Ego rotary mower at the lowest setting, I think ~1.5”. Now thinking of ordering the Scott’s 18” 7-Blade Reel Mower from Amazon ($125) just for the backyard, and upping the schedule to three times per week. My goal would be to cut down to 1” and continue promoting lateral growth but a gas powered reel seems so expensive and difficult to source here in the US.

Wondering if anyone has experience with that particular model, it looks to be a touch better than the basic 14”, 16” ones sold in-store. Also curious if these manual mowers will cut at any noticeable improvement to my Ego given they aren’t the professional gas reels like I see on YouTube.

In 2026, are you still using a Cassette on your trainer? Or have most switched to the virtual shifting?

My preference was to grab some Play controllers but they seem to no longer be for sale in the U.S.

One of these must be returned

Will start by saying I’m by all means new to remarkable having only briefly sampled the paper pro move. I ordered the Pure on release day and just received in the mail today. Also picked up a refurbished bundle for the pro in the weeks in between as I was unsure about wanting color. Now having both side by side I’m not sure what benefit the pro has to the new Pure. It is significantly heavier in the hand, undoubtedly slower, and while my screen may not be the best batch, it’s starkly dimmer/more yellow.

Total price difference is about $200 between the units which isn’t all that much, but it’s looking like the Pure will be staying after 2 weeks with the Pro, and just 2 hours with the Pure.

Townhome Beginnings

Setting up my new space and aiming to build a high WAF living room/theater.

Starting with two KEF Q150s, a Q250c hooked up to a Denon S760H. TV is an LG 77” C4 and I’m using an Apple TV as my media source with 4K MKVs on my NAS/Infuse.

Wondering what else I should do to improve the theater experience while keeping design minimal and discrete. First thought was to get an outlet SVS-SB 1000 this weekend and place to the right of the couch to take the low-end off the bookshelves even though I can’t crank it up.

Excited to watch some movies over the long weekend

Outlet SB-1000 for Townhome 3.0 Balance?

Currently have a pair of KEF Q150s and Q250c plugged into my Denon S760H and 77” C4 OLED. I’m interested in finally grabbing a physically compact subwoofer (Outlet SVS-1000 non-pro for $399) to take the bass load off of the KEF’s and fill in that missing frequency below 80hz. Would adding this subwoofer, the non-pro version, be worth the cost of the outlet models considering I live in a townhome and can’t unleash it to its full potential? I looked at the RSL 10e as well for $339 but ideally want as small a cabinet as possible.
