finally started playing it myself and its actually crazy how much utility you have. even deciding what cards NOT to play was crazy. never seen an archetype with so many good cards not being played simply because of how many great cards it also has
First photo is about four months after starting fin, and about 2 weeks after starting oral minoxidil (heavy shedding at this time). second photo is about 1 year after starting fin and months after starting oral min.
Im taking 1mg of fin and 1.25 mg of oral min. looking to move up to 2.5 mg. started at only .75mg because i was being cautious about sides.
feel like ive had stabilization + maybe regrowth. the second angle is more flattering + different lighting. first photo is worse than my pre-start baseline because of shedding.
in terms of side effects, i had some heart palpitations and tired easy when first starting min. that went away completely after a few weeks. hair feels tingly/tight when shedding but its not bothersome.
have seen noticeable beard growth which I like but im concerned it means my dht isnt being supressed enough by the finasteride.
not really any noticeable fin side effects. may be less horny randomly, but have no issue when it matters.
honest thoughts on my hairline? saving up for a hair transplant after i graduate. considering dut, definitely doubling my min dose.

In the case of a second great war I feel like an alliance between the two might be what’s needed to drive out the thalmor and the aldmeri dominion for good. We know the maomer hate the altmer, and we know their prowess at sea is unmatched. Forcing the aldmeri dominion into a two front war could rattle them. The remnants of the empire alongside a presumed hammerfell/skyrim alliance could work on driving them out on land, while the maomer disrupt trade routes in the south and threaten the summerset isles themselves.
I guess my question is 1) is this possible? We havent seen the maomer since the third era I believe so even getting contact with them is no guarantee. There’s also the question as to if they’d even be willing to work with men in such an alliance.
the second question is 2) would this even be enough to win the second great war? or would it just prolong another inevitable defeat.
sidenote: i think this would have been a pretty cool setting for elder scrolls 6. behind the lines of the aldmeri dominion in the summerset isles on the brink of a maomer invasion. thalmor propaganda at an all time high
way too easy to dodge. everyone’s running three droplets. plus bunch of in-archetype ways to dodge it in a lot of the new decks. swear this card used to be one of the most powerful in the game but is now borderline useless
edit: ass was definitely an exaggeration. but i feel like this card has fallen from its guarantee 3/3 staple in every deck and is way less effective
Even the most minuscule changes in the way you are pulling your hairline back and the angle of the pic (how much forehead is showing) can drastically change how your hair appears.
Along with the obviously massive impact that lighting has, it just seems way too difficult to actually use pictures to gauge any shorterm loss or regrowth. Its incredibly difficult to make the exact same photo conditions every time. even now i just took multiple photos in the mirror with minuscule positioning changes and they all look quite different.

Dracotail was hit, yummy was hit, mitsuguri was hit, vsk9 was hit. they were all weakened but none of them were rendered unplayable. game was fun and meta was fresh with no clear king. Then masterduel dumped Kewl Tune on us lmao. Such an obsession with having one deck clearly the best and broken to make money.
