Space-O Singlet Sizing

Hello guy! Is the sizing of Space-O Singlets same as the Mothtec? I’m 5’4”, 55kg and I find size Small of Mothtec to be a bit on a looser side, it looks okay when dry, but when totally soaked in sweat it gets stretched down that it looks like that I’m not wearing a shorts as it exceeds the length of the short when wet. Anyone here same as me? Please help.

Technical Writer Software (Automative or Manufacturing Company)

Hello everyone. I’m a technical writer for a company that manufactures fire trucks, and I’m currently using Adobe InDesign to create our Operation and Maintenance Manuals.

I’m looking for some advice from people working in the automotive or manufacturing industry. What software or authoring systems do you use for creating service manuals, operation and maintenance manuals, repair manuals, etc.?

I’ve been looking at the manuals from the chassis manufacturers we work with, such as Mercedes-Benz, Iveco, and Volvo, and they seem to have a very similar structure and overall look. I’m wondering what kind of software or documentation system is commonly used across the automotive industry to produce these manuals.

I’m considering moving away from InDesign if there’s a more suitable tool for technical documentation that can make the workflow more efficient, especially for things like reusable content, revisions, cross-references, tables, illustrations, and maintaining large manuals.

I’d appreciate any recommendations or insight from technical writers working in automotive, heavy equipment, or manufacturing. Also interested in hearing what you use and why you chose it.

Racing Shoe Sizing Down

For those running sub-3:30 marathons (I’m mentioning this because I feel like running mechanics change as you get faster), have you started sizing down your shoes?
When I was running 4:30+, shoe sizing didn’t seem to affect me much. But as my pace improved and my mechanics became more efficient, I started noticing how important the alignment with the carbon plate is.
I realized this during my last marathon. I wore my usual US 9 in the Metaspeed Sky, and looking back, it was probably a mistake. After running longer distances, I noticed my feet were moving around inside the shoe, which affected my alignment with the carbon plate and probably caused me to lose some of the energy return.
Now I’m trying the Adidas Adios Pro. I went down to US 8.5, but it still feels slightly loose. US 8 gives me the snug fit I’m looking for, and my foot feels much more aligned with the carbon rods.
What do you guys think? Do you size down for carbon-plated shoes, or stick with your normal size?
Right foot is US 8, left foot is US 8.5.

Has anyone here gone from fat legs to shredded legs?

I’ve seen a lot of leg transformation posts where people go from skinny legs to big, muscular legs, but I rarely see anyone who started with fat, flabby legs and ended up with really defined, shredded legs.
I used to be overweight, and I’ve managed to get down to the point where I have visible 6-pack abs. The problem is my legs still don’t have much definition. They don’t look lean the way my upper body does, and it’s honestly starting to make me lose hope.
Has anyone here actually gone through this transformation? If so, would you mind sharing your before-and-after photos or telling me what finally made the difference? I just want to know it’s actually possible.

Thanks!
