I found this from one of my ancestors. It’s in Spanish. What can it mean?

I planted coleus ~ one month ago on a big pot, after the seeds germinated and grew a bit I transplanted 6 of them to individual pots (1,5 week ago) . The ones on the big pot have been growing pretty good, but the ones one the individual pots are like frozen. What’s happening?

Note: there are some dead plants on the big pot. After I transplanted the 6 ones to the individual pots I also cut the weakest ones.
