Hot weather

Should I be adding ice to my outside bin? Temps are about 97° and I checked soil temp and it was like 88°. The soil is still damp and I still see my large worms alive they just seem extra agitated when I find them. They thrash super hard which normally I can hold them and they just chill. Worried if I add frozen food that it will just cause more heat days later. Should I take whatever food is in there and freeze it before returning it? Pretty sure I know what I will do but just wanted to bounce some ideas around.

Spy was good to me today

All spy 0dte trades, could have done better but honestly with the year I had I just kept taking the money that was on the table. With the new rule change, I feel I can exit trades that I don't like and keep playing vs holding onto the bet I made or quiting for the day. You do not want to see my all time, I will not let you, unless I do this again without tanking.

The majority of my gain was the last 15 minutes before robinhood closes your positions. Had the opportunity to buy calls at 0.12 and when I went to buy 100 it jumped to 0.13 was bummed but bough at like 18cents and it went to 0.21. Happened like five times that I bought and sold that same option.

Ajw

So this is the second worm that looked like this I found in my bin. I read from someone else that their mouth is huge and an indicator that it is the ajw. Anyone care to confirm? Tried getting the mouth on video.

What is this

Found in my worm farm, thought it might be a new worm but it has stayed almost the same size for days now. It does wiggle if I poke it.

Worm life span

I have a rather large euro nightcrawler, it's as thick as my pinky and 6-7 inches long. Is there a way to know how old it is? Obviously I enjoy finding that specific worm when I dig through and check on them. Wondering how old he is to kinda expect how long he has left, I suspect being so large means he has a couple years at least but have no idea.

Container size

Started with maybe 15-20 worms in a ten gallon metal pail. Just switch over to a bathtub that I had sitting. So about tripled the amount of soil and transitioned it over. Will this much space be a problem? I counted about 30-50 worms and I used about a lot of coco coir as the bedding this time.

Have started just a couple weeks ago and have been turning the pile around to see how it's doing and found some of my worms have a somewhat silver color on one end. Could try taking a picture but just wondered if anyone had thoughts without the visual aid.
