i think my silicone conditioner is slowly drying out my hair, what do i do now?
i've been using this conditioner (bambú silicone mix nutritive hair treatment) for around 6 months now with the shampoo from the same brand. at first i noticed that my previous condition't didn't work on my hair anymore, but now even when i use this silicon-based conditioner my hair often feels like straw. do i need a sulfate shampoo or something?
routine: i normally comb my hair twice a week, first using the shampoo, then the conditioner, combing, rinsing it out, and applying curl cream or sometimes leave-in conditioner. i air dry my hair or use a cotton shirt for faster drying. i wear a silk bonnet to bed, but it often comes off in the middle of the night hehe
what actually improves /tttt/ brainworms?
i haven't been in those spaces in like 6 months i still hate my body and see myself as male
How do I treat my Selaginella iridescens's fungal infection?
The plant is growing in a terrarium under fairly bright light. I keep the environment fairly moist but give it air every day, usually around half an hour. I used to keep the environment much wetter, though, and I think the plant has had this fungus for a while. There's also a water basin in the terrarium, the plant is in a tray with holes suspended above the basin.
My Selaginella iridescens has a mold infection, how do I treat it?
bryophyte terrarium overwhelmed by strange black growth, ventilation helps little, no idea what to do
so my terrariums have been covered by this hard to see blackish-brown growth. i don't like the way it looks and it seems to kill or slow the growth of many of my liverworts and mosses. i posted about this before and people told me to give the terrariums more air, so i did, but the growth is still there. i'm worried that the growing medium is too organic and i need to switch to a more mineral-based mix
how do i get rid of this malicious black goo taking over my terrarium???
this lumpy black thing has been spreading across my terrarium and killing my mosses and liverworts. i've been trying to give my terrarium more air so it dries out but that's not really stopping it. what should i do? can i treat it with alcohol without harming the plants or springtails?
light and watering information do not seem that applicable honestly but all of the moisture comes from misting and the substrate has often been very wet. my terrarium gets plenty of artificial light

i just bought these two plants from the website adiantum time (https://www.adiantumtime.com/)! selaginella iridescens is an iridescent rosette-forming selaginella from hainan island first discovered in 2021 (yang et al., 2021), and selaginella "dwarf blue purple" is an iridescent trailing species that seems to grow short rhizomes and bilaterally symmetrical cones (the plant was sporulating!) i hope to identify it to species. the plants were shipped on 9 april and arrived on 17 april, 8 days later, in perfect health with no signs of damage or stress. the woman running the company was very nice and gave advice on how to properly care for the plants. i did have to pay using WISE international bank transfer but it wasn't too difficult. i would reccomend adiantum time for other selaginella fans!!
