How do you balance two jobs without it affecting your performance?
I am new to this and I'm trying to figure out how to balance everything without blowing it. J1 will eventually wind down due to layoffs but I figure I have at least another 6 months, possibly one year before that happens. As of now I work 1/2 days in the mornings and then my afternoons are mostly free with the occasional extended work day. I work remotely. J2 is also remote and new. I'm still kind of learning the ropes at this new company. J2 will become my main full time job so it's important I don't drop the ball on anything. For those who are experienced with juggling multiple jobs, how do you do manage everything without your work performance suffering or your boss picking up on things that don't seem quite right?

pagesix.comBetween recruiters ghosting me and rejection notices, I just want to scream
I am just having a bad week already.
I received two rejection notices this morning
I received another rejection notice from a recruiter for a company that I was actively interviewing with.. she told me that they decided to go with another candidate. That hurt because I had high hopes for that job.
Another recruiter who said I would hear back from her the following week regarding the next steps of the interview process has ghosted me. I reached out to her and nothing but crickets
Another recruiter asked for my availability to set up a second interview. I gave it to her. Have not heard from her since. It's been a couple of weeks.
I am just emotionally exhausted. I cannot believe how bad the job market is at this point. I know everything is very competitive, but my goodness it's just crazy that some of these companies want you to do five to six interviews before they even make a decision. And if that's not bad enough, the lack of communication and ghosting just really sucks. In any event, I just had to vent my frustrations.

What's with all the job postings on LinkedIn from questionable job boards?
I see a lot of job ads from job boards such as Sundayy, Swooped, Jobgether and similar. Some of these sites don't seem very legit and I would say at least half of the job ads I see on LinkedIn are from these type of job boards. I've also noticed that many of the jobs that are advertised on this board are offering rather high salaries that I have not seen before. It just makes me question if a lot of this is just bogus
