178 height and 87 inseam, I currently ride a bike with 535mm top tube and 100 mm stem. Should I go for a larger frame or just buy a longer stem?

Should I go for a larger frame?
Hi guys, what do you think of my current bike fit? I am planning on getting a new frame and I am torn between size 54 top tube or 56. My height is 5'10 and the current effective top tube of my bike is around 53cm with 100 mm stem.
