Support agent confirmed my refund, asked me to email support for it and was later denied.

I am never pre-paying after this experience, ever. My delivery agent came around my location an marked the order as delivered without actually delivering it, I was out rs.1637. I've fortunately had a smooth experience with swiggy support and got refunds for issues before but I order much lesser now and don't have such issues, they usually refund me right on the app and now they asked me to email support AFTER CONFIRMING that my delivery agent was not responding. They even asked "would you like me to go ahead and process refund" on chat and then proceeded to tell me I have to email them. I got a reply back on email saying they investigated and confirmed the food was delivered, it was not... why would I order the same thing again? after going back and forth I sent a threatening email to them, personally attacking delivery agent and support agent and swiggy itself and have been left on read since.

I don't want my money back at this point, I want retribution. Also, if I used a credit card for this would I have been able to claim a chargeback without being blacklisted by swiggy?

Does Lucid randomly reject KYC applications? or make mistakes

My KYC got rejected, I am so confused why, I've never had this happen across 4 other prop firms I did KYC in. They don't allow appeals either, and it literally doesn't matter to them even if they did make a mistake cause its probably very few users who get mixed up in it and get wrongfully rejected, and its not worth their time. I NEED this, I want to be able to re-verify and I don't understand why it happened in the first place. I can't accept there no way to re-verify, especially when I haven't been given any reason why my KYC was rejected.

I am getting conditioned to the cycle of recovery and relapse and its making me absolutely miserable.

With every relapse, I am getting more used to this cycle and just getting closer to feeling nothing, I think I already am feeling nothing and I'm just forcing the feelings of wanting to recover because the last I remember I wanted to genuinely get better with all my heart, I cannot emphasise enough how important this is to me, it has completely screwed every part of my life and I want to take my life back. I want help, I want to be reassured recovery is the way, and I want to break out of this cycle.
