What happened??
I opted in and ranked 4th. End of promotion was 11:59pm last night but haven’t received winnings. I reached out to support and was told :
“After reviewing the final standings and eligibility criteria, we regret to inform you that you did not qualify for a reward in this round.”
Which makes no sense. I sent an email back saying I do qualify and now it’s being escalated for further review. Has this happened to anyone before?

My letter says I’ve been approved as of April 29th, when should I expect the payment? It says by May 8th but past experience I got it the next day. Payment is not posted in payments as well but I think that will be updated tonight maybe? also bank with TD

I called the office and they said on there end it’s not showing up as approved and still being determined,but on my end it says approved the day after I applied ?? How does that make sense?
