What are your pet peeves as a CA?

Mine are:

  1. Being told to stop drinking after I've already acknowledged that I've got a fat drinking problem and I need to stop drinking.

  2. Being ID for an energy drink (UK)

  3. Social group barely having any drinks

  4. having to pre drink to let loose with an odd crowd

  5. hitting bottles on the way to the toilet

  6. having to potentially beg

Why we would probably never have a house again on baddies

  1. Logistics - number of participants on BGW = 15 vs Baddies USA chapter 2 = 30. Following 30 girls living in 1 house is near impossible + would produce way too much content probably

  2. BGW vs Baddies - with BGW in the pic, Zeus probably want to maintain some sort of notable differences between the two. With baddies coming more of a stereotypical reality tv show where you follow a cast at staged meets/greets etc vs BGW that is supposed to be a more organic show where you just dump the cast at a place & watch what happens. They have 2 distinct USPs.

  3. Cast themselves - I genuinely believe that the cast themselves wouldn't want that. Half of the time, cast members are coming in & out and don't maintain 100% attendance throughout the season.

Any other reasons? Even tho I would want a house, and not having a house is causing a lot of inorganic storylines I highly doubt we'll ever return to that format for baddies

Engineering works experience

Any engineers with experience working in underground tunnels? What's it like?

For example lets say the Victoria line planned engineered works in tunnels? whether its replacing track or adding 4g.

You guys were right: BGW S2 is popping

I just binged watched BGW s2 and tbh it very much is giving the next gen of BGC. I would say anyone who was just sticking to baddies to watch it as it is carrying itself very well. It would be a shame if baddies fans dont give it the chance it deserves like I did

Foolish actions doesn't make one a fool

RANT:

Anyone sick and tired of hearing the same lecture? I moved back home after uni then got kicked out. I practically begged to come back home. My uni knew that I was drinking like a maniac every day whilst being there, graduated bottom of the year after missing several weeks cos I was drinking and using AI to the max to cover. I had several welfare checks cos my tutor never saw me. My uni advised me to get my own accommodation but I didn't bother and just begged to come home. I had no money anyway so what was I to do?

Anyway people said that I shouldn't go home, my drinking is too much. I obvs knew that but I had no alternative. I did say I was gonna stop drinking to my parents. I genuinely thought that maybe I wouldn't drink too much or I wouldn't be so obvs. But obvs that didn't happen and I went on several benders to get kicked out in a month. Didn't ever argue but they just didn't like seeing me being drunk. I wouldn't be passed out anywhere but they could instantly tell via my face as it balloons very quickly and I become very nice to my parents rather than being detached. I don't have a door either so tho my room is clean they can easily smell alcohol seeping from my body.

So got kicked out. Trying to get a new accommodation from the local council, UK.

But all I keep getting told: from friends is stop drinking, you're an idiot cos why would you still go home knowing you couldn't drink, Why would you drink when you didn't have another place to have. Like DUHHHH, only a fool wouldn't realise that. People say the most basic advice as though it supposed to be groundbreaking advice. Foolish actions don't necessarily mean that I'm a fool 😂😂 I know how that sounds but still. An addict's brain wont make the best decisions. Plus it's funny getting advice from people who suggest things with no thought about the technicalities with doing so. Obviously I would've found my own place but I HAVE NO MONEY. I'm claiming universal credit right now and I only got my first payment yesterday. Only £300. Still looking for work

Lol I used to be the emotionally intelligent friend who people came to for advice but obvs now im the drunk, tho Ive never created problems for my friends. I only ever told them honestly about issues with my family because of alcohol. So they're sort of judging me at the same level. And now they're giving me this basic advice like bruh these are things that you'll easily think about once you're sober....

Not that they're wrong but I've thought about it all already and hearing the same thing again and again is annoying. They have good intentions, even my parents who kicked me out

Also Fuck McDonalds for not giving me tap water when I had no where to go for ages and was really thirsty. I would love to work there cos I have nothing but those workers were so annoying.

Tap Water

Is there a reason why this big ass corporate restaurant is so stingy with tap water. It was late night and I managed to lock myself out of my bank account. So I went to 2 McDonalds to ask them to refill my water bottle which they both refused. I asked very politely for a big cup of tap water but they gave me a small. Obvs I was very grateful, but I needed another as I was still thirsty. I was then told that this was my last cup and I should get out unless im ordering something. I didn't argue and decided to just come rant on here instead but what the hell. Tap water isn't coming from your wage and I'm not being a dick about it I was as polite as can be.

Meeting the consequences

Long read, so dont bother if not interested:

Saturday night, I dropped my sis to London Bridge whilst very drunk. I said I was going home but I blacked out on the train and got off in a wooded area near mine (my sis told me that I called her saying I'm cruising for dick). I then remember getting on the bus 6 hours later having lost my phone. Came home muddied and wet. As in mud up to my knees muddy. Next morning, I left to go look for my phone. Couldn't find it because I was still drunk and confused. I remember shoplifting alcohol and chicken from tesco. My dad had gone church. Came home took one look at me and said get out. I've already lost my driving licence and my passport, plus my second nationality ID and passport so at this point I am very defeated. I didn't argue with him since this was supposed to be my last chance and I had no reason to come home but I did anyway like a fool. He took my keys so I left after packing just an overnight bag.

Left and went to my sis' house. She lives in a single occupancy room so I had to sleep on the floor, plus can't my make presence known outside her room as she lives in a house share. Appreciate her giving me accommodation especially since she lives so close to my house and I have no money so Idk whether I could get the tube to my Uncle's tho he told my mum I can stay with him. However, my sis is kicking me out for the night because she's not willing to cancel her dick appointment. I have to be very meek and quiet otherwise she'll go off on me. I had a spare phone which she broke so I can't even use that. Plus she's using my iPad and I have financially supported her for years so she does lowkey owe me.

Tried to go back to the location to find my phone again, but the location again is a wooded area and shows only a circle for the location of my phone. So I wondered around in circle for about 2 hours then gave up. Have to fork out money for a new phone and new documentation so I can actually get a job & proof my right to work.

Just graduated & obvs didn't imagine my graduation period to take such a dark turn so quickly.

I spoke to my friend on the Sunday and gave the whole old " I need to stop drinking" and even tho she's never dealt with the consequences of my drinking nor have I seen her in the past year, even she seemed tired of me. It's lowkey dark when you see the people around you tired of your drinking. Saying that I just say the same thing again and again and nothing changes. I never saw myself as manipulative or rude but she was pointing out how I can easily paint a new life for myself but then drink within a day.

I used to piss the bed and my room was covered in bottles so my parents took my door. Now I try to drink less but I come home less when im at that breaking point and I only manage 2 days sober. my parents gave me 4 requirements to go home: 1. provide bank statements 2. proof sobriety from alcohol and vaping plus drugs 3. Write a report to how my life turned into shit for the past 4 years as a result of drinking. 4. Write a financial plan and a social contract for future behaviour.

I didn't produce a bank statement because I declared bankruptcy last year. (DRO if your British), I couldn't provide proof but just said I would be sober in the future. I wrote the reports, the financial plan and the social contract said I would be sober going forward and if im not I would be kicked out so yea now im homeless. oh welll

I need to stop drinking but I still dont want to. I've only taken a break because of this current situation since Sunday so it's only day 2 and I know I should get sober.

Losing everything

Lol last night I dropped my sister to London Bridge station, UK. Somehow, I ended up in Wanstead flats. In an area that is covered with swamps. I just remember getting on the bus without my phone covered in mud and the bus driver giving me a free ride cos I looked so bad.

Anyway today I woke up to find my phone but my dad is kicking me out. Being gay and a drunkard is obvs not ideal but I came home quiet and I didn't make any noise. He removed my door and I live in basically a shoe shack but as soon as he smells alcohol on me he tries to kick me out. He smells alcohol literally every other day so idek why he's brought this stress on himself. I drink day and night but I can't be bothered to hide it anymore. Feel like moving to my uncle who's a drunkard in recovery

Alleyway gay sex

This is gay so don’t read if you’re not into that

Is this situation embarrassing:

Drinking until you’re out mind. Messaging an older guy on Grindr. Arranging to meet in an alleyway. Meeting him outside the alleyway. He’s wearing a mask likes it’s Covid. You forget that you didn’t even see his face on Grindr cos you were so horny & forgot to ask. You don’t even bother to ask him to remove the mask cos you’re so thirsty for dick. You try to hold his hand as you walk to the spot but he pushes your hand away and you still suck him off, bottom, suck him off again then he says he doesn’t have another condom so he’ll finish in your mouth & you still let him. He leaves the alleyway, no goodbye kiss. & you just take it & walk home. Stomach full.

I think I seemed desperate for connection and took what I got. I might tell my friends but they might judge me.

Drunk Grindr

Bruh so I some guy sucked me in the street. I’m 24m & he was 57m. He took GHB which obvs I don’t take I’m an alcoholic only. It was even dumber cos I literally jumped out the window from my house for this. Is a blowiob supposed to be good? I don’t know. And this was after AA. He tried to drag me to a threesome but thank God the guy didn’t answer I thought it was a set up. But street blowjobs suck! Literally

Money Money Money

Using all your money + savings every time you get paid. Promising to yourself that you won't do it again then doing it again the next time you get paid.

I hate how I'll set a budget but as soon as I get paid, I don't even bother at all to stick to it. Drink it all away then order fast food. 2 weeks after payday, I'll have to be sober, ration the amount of food I eat too and can't do anything else because the money is dry. Wanted to go on holiday this summer but I drank all that money away. I literally remember not giving 2 fucks when I got paid but now im just eating porridge for dinner regretting all my life choices
