What if resumes were never the answer?

A few months ago, I realized something.

Most people don't lose opportunities because they lack talent.

They lose opportunities because a resume couldn't tell their story.

A single page decides who gets seen and who gets ignored.

That didn't sit right with me.

So I'm building another powerful hiring engine — one that focuses on skills, potential, and real-world ability rather than just keywords on a resume.

It's still early.

There are challenges, long nights, and plenty of things to figure out.

But we believe hiring can be better for both candidates and employers.

looking for passionate people in:

• Tech

• Product

• Marketing

• Sales

Let's build something that gives people a better chance to be seen.

4,500+ visits validated our idea. Now we're building the team.

Sometimes I wonder how many talented people never get a chance simply because their resume wasn't perfect.

I believe people should be hired for their skills, potential, and work—not just for how well they format a PDF.

That's why I've been working on a project focused on creating a fairer hiring process, where candidates can showcase what they can actually do.

We're still a small team with a big vision. No funding, no fancy office—just a group of people passionate about solving a problem that affects millions of job seekers.

Recently, we delivered verified candidates to a client and saw 4,500+ visits within hours. It reinforced our belief that hiring needs to evolve.

I'm looking to connect with fellow builders, marketers, recruiters, sales professionals, and anyone interested in the future of hiring. Not necessarily for a job, but to exchange ideas, collaborate, and potentially build something meaningful together.

If the challenges in today's hiring process resonate with you, I'd love to hear your perspective.

What if resumes are hiding your best hire?

Some of the smartest and most hardworking people never get the opportunity they deserve.

Not because they lack skill. But because traditional hiring often fails to identify real potential.

For example: A candidate applying for a sales role may get rejected because of a weak resume — even though they can actually communicate, convince, and close better than others on paper.

At the same time, founders are flooded with resumes and still struggle to find the right people.

I’m trying to solve this from both sides.

We evaluate candidates based on real-world scenarios from your company and analyze how they would actually handle situations.

Instead of only checking resumes, we focus on:

• Decision making

• Communication skills

• Problem solving ability

• Ownership & responsibility

• Client handling approach

• Adaptability under pressure

We try to provide practical signals and behavioral insights that actually help in hiring decisions instead of AI generated bullet points and paragraphs.

The MVP is now live, and candidates have already started coming into the platform.

Right now, one challenge I’m facing is that skilled candidates are coming in, but I have limited job openings to connect them with.

That’s why I’m reaching out here.

If your startup has any open roles — internships, full-time, sales, marketing, operations, support, or tech — I’d genuinely love to help, completely free of cost for now, while validating and improving the system with real hiring use cases.

The goal is simple: Help founders hire better people faster, while helping deserving candidates get real opportunities.

Would really appreciate anyone willing to collaborate or share openings. Please DM.
