First problem with a buyer

He says “Greetings, the item has not arrived, plus the tracking number is not correct, I will make a claim”

I haven’t gotten a claim email or anything yet but I have the original email that eBay sent me when I bought the shipping label. It is the exact same tracking number shown in the app under my orders. Thats the only tracking number I used. I have screenshot of the label too. Exact same.

The tracking says it’s been delivered. This is obviously not my problem right? It’s ultimately up to the post office. Like I can’t control that. I told him to contact the post office and sent the screenshots. Haven’t gotten any message back. I know eBay seems to be on the side of the buyer more than the seller so is there anything I can do to make sure nothing happens to my account or my money?

Bathroom anxiety

I am seeing a therapist at the moment. I saw her when I had other health issues years ago and now new health issues have caused my body stress and given me anxiety that prevents me from feeling safe outside of my home.

Im definitely improving but for some reason I just feel stuck with bathroom anxiety. The constant peeing hasn’t been so frequent anymore and im not so worried about that anymore but it’s the poop part.

My health issues don’t have to do with digestion but I think my anxiety making me overthink it and it’s hard to feel normal again. I constantly question if im constipated or not. And if I haven’t pooped yet in a day I don’t feel reassured unless I’ve gone poop. And when it comes to being in public, im scared im gonna poop my pants or that if I do have to poop I’ll have to deal with all that uncomfortableness out in public.

I just grieve when I didn’t have anxiety because it’s like my body worked perfectly. I never had to poop when out in a public space or at school. Never had the urge. I always pooped at home. Like it was perfect.

The overthinking makes me like more hyper aware of everything im feeling and it’s annoying like idk if i feel pressure in my butt or not. Like this is now the one thing that enters my mind right before going anywhere.

Vintage MV Sport pullover?

It’s only got that small tag on the side on the inside. It has no tag on the neckline and it looks like a tag was never put on the neckline in the first place. Like there’s no sign of it being cut off or ripped off.

It’s a grey pullover and the inside is navy blue. Im trying to find information on it but I can’t. And the tag doesn’t look like the other MV sports tags I’ve seen online. And what does the AM mean?

I did get it at the thrift store but like 5+ years ago. Is this just worth nothing though also?

10k steps or just 30 minute walks?

My routine would be that I always start my workout with walking on the treadmill for an hour and a half to get my steps in and then I stretch my legs and then do a workout like for abs.

Im very lean already and I don’t intend to lose weight. I mainly just want my abs to show and for 6 months they’re pretty much there. BUT is it really necessary for me to walk 10k? I do it every other day now instead of every day.

If I just do 30 minute walks which is like a mile and a half for me, would that be perfectly fine? Will it change anything with my body like my abs won’t be so visible anymore? It’s just that those 10k steps can be so exhausting sometimes and I’ve been kinda skipping walking on the treadmill because of my joint pain and autoimmune disease.

Starting a new birth control

It takes some months for my body to adjust to it right? I switched down to the lowest dose, wanting to have lighter periods. It’s lo loestrin. Im on my first “period” from it and yesterday it felt so light and I felt so happy. But today it’s like way heavier. 🥲 like where did it come from.

Wheel of Fortune game sound glitch

It’s so weird like why is pat saying the alphabet and some numbers? How did it glitch so hard that it went to the sound files for him saying multiple versions of the letters. Also yes I won the 1 million dollars.

Since the beginning of this year I have been walking, stretching, and working out everyday (with rest days) but I’ve been super consistent. My symptoms have gone down a lot so im able to do that. Im eating alot more protein and I even gained my five pounds back! I really want abs lol and I was wondering because this is a connective tissue disease, is it harder for muscles to show up than the average person? Or does it make being flexible also harder because it did take me the first three months just to be able to touch my toes with 30 minute stretches everyday.

I just saw a video of a girl showing her getting abs in only 11 weeks. Mine aren’t really too visible yet. Im lean too like she was so I don’t have any problems losing weight I just want the muscle.
