I beat the game as a kid and sold it along with my Xbox awhile back. I just got the PC version of red dead redemption (on a steam sale) and I’m excited to play again after all these years. Do yall have any suggestions for mods for a vanilla plus game as I already know the story? Maybe mods to make the game feel more fresh and new or upscaling mods that stay true to the art form.

Also it seems like there is many trainers on nexus, do yall have a specific one that works best/you prefer?

How to get his mod working? I downloaded both scripthook, the asi loader from scripthook, and rampage trainer and put them all in the game folder but I can’t access rampage trainer. Game loads but not changes. Please help!

Yo please help me spawn in a moose, I’ve tried every lake on the northwest side of the map multiple times and tried riding up from annesburg to the waterfall at the northeast corner and then down to the cougar spawn south west and still nothing. At this point I’d be happy seeing a moose even if it’s 1 star. Thanks in advance!

Was a huge fan of Sadie until she lost her damn mind at Colm’s hanging. Like for sure she has a good reason to hate any O’Driskell but she could’ve gotten all 3 of them killed there. Haven’t played much past that, was shocked to see her go feral. Although it was badass

I took down the legendary elk yet after selling the pelt to the trapper the antler disappeared from my inventory and so I can’t craft the elk antler trinket. Didn’t notice until it’s too far to load back a save. Any tips ? Is there a console command I can use? Thanks!

I’m starting my first play through of RD2 and I was wondering what is the safest and most reliable way to download mods? I’ve used vortex and nexus for fallout and cyberpunk but is it the same for red dead 2? However when looking in nexus it doesn’t seem like all mods can be download through vortex or I’m taken to a different website.

I don’t want to completely mod my game more like a vanilla plus. The main mods I want are cosmetic (like the complete smoking mod or cool gun play/twists), no honor lost when masked, dueling, and stuff like that. Not major overalls. A console command would be cool too; it’s nice to not be over encumbered or give myself a cool weapon I missed. Let me know if yall have any suggestions. Thanks!

The very last achievement for steam I needed (other than a couple fast travel points in the badlands for the frequent flyer achievement) was for the devil ending… I did not like that one bit, Johnny and I were good friends I betrayed him on my final run. Also I wish we could romance Alex, we have the same favorite song and I wish there was a way to join her after an ending and live out my last days on the beach.

This is my first time 100% a game and I think it’s just because of how much I liked this game and wanted to see more of the choices I could make during a replay. Any suggestions for a new game to play? I was thinking of booting up Red Dead 2 today as I’ve never played that.
