Did I injure my knee when squatting?

I’m 180lb male in my 40s on TRT. Currently squatting around 220 so not a ton but the most I’ve ever done.

I go very low and sometimes add a bounce at the bottom if I need to.

For the last week. My left knee starts hurting like fire if I get down on it. Like if I take a knee to reach down for something. The moment my knee touches the ground, instant fire and intense pain. Other than that, pain free. I can run, jump, etc and feels perfectly normal. It’s so weird. I have a young kid, so I get down on my knee a lot, and it really is instant. the second it touches down 0-100.

I’ve also noticed the big toe on the same leg showing mild discomfort and wondering if related.

Did I injure a tendon or something?

They say that the LCI will be partially cut and left inoperable. This sounds janky to me, I would rather it be entirely removed at that point. Got any pics of how that looks?

Also, pcr has a long rear sight, did you have to replace it, was this part of the service?

This is the CZ custom shop model number 91048

I’m trying to find out some info about it that I am having trouble with.

The trigger is amazing, but I’m unsure what all was changed to achieve that. Does it still have a FPB and is it still drop safe?

A fiber optic front sight was added, but I can’t find out what brand.

Any other changes I should know about?

This is their cheapest option. Ridiculous. Is there somewhere else I can get this. I don’t like the philips on my pcr.

Wife just got this, loves using this for cooking eggs. it’s her dedicated egg pan. She hates cooking eggs with anything else now. I used it for sausages tonight and now there’s a crust coated on it.

So it goes from being a smooth surface to a rough surface.

I have scrubbed and it’s no use, I also tried boiling water and baking soda. Didn’t work.

I am afraid to try steel wool because I dont want to scratch it and ruin the smooth surface.

Should I try bar keepers friend?

I want to get a p01 and get the cgw pro package. When I look at their shop to buy it preinstalled from them it cost an extra $482. But when I just look to order the package by itself it’s only $287.

Is this the same thing and they just cost that much extra to install in house or am I looking at 2 different products/configurations?
