Hii there, I'm 22 F and recently joined a gym. I've realised I've very low strength and need to improve on my protein intake. My diet is vegetarian, I've recently (as in today lol) started eating eggs .

Do I need to buy extra prep material like Arun sharma or will the TIME modules be enough??
