Anybody on propranolol and can gym/exercise without issue?

were you able to continue as normal or was it so annoying that you had to get off of the beta blocker?

Males: How have the ED/Sexual side effects been for you?

started a day ago, 10mg then 20mg afterwards. for migraine

I can tolerate these side effects, except the erectile dysfunction and sexual related side effects - that’s a crazy one that I’m not willing to take on.

my question is how has it effected other males. was it temporary? did it come back? did it just stay bad and you had to get off?

I can definitely tell there is some difference, but I don’t know if my worrying is compounding it.

Males on Amitriptyline: how are the side effects? Especially ED related

I started amitriptyline a day ago. side effects not too crazy, just some sedation and the dry mouth is kinda annoying but it’s fine. 10mg for 10 days then 20mg prevention dose

however, my biggest concern is the erectile or sexual dysfunction on this medication. This is a side effect I won‘t tolerate. from what I’ve read it’s only 10% but i have seen a lot of posts about it. I don’t know if I am having this side effect or if it’s being caused or compounded by my own worrying about it

any males here have any experience? Was it a temporary thing? did it effect you so you went off?

From Nespresso to Moka pot?

my story is that I found a little specialty coffee shop near me and tried it for a couple days - went back to my original line nespresso and my drinks felt way too diluted now.

can the moka pot scratch that itch? I believe it’s closest to espresso I can get for a college students budget. im not going to go buy a bambino or anything like that.

if I were to buy a moka pot - am I going for the 2 pot or 1 pot? assuming i want something like a double espresso?

also, i hear i can’t use light roast beans? Is this true? It will come out sour apparently

Would an aeropress work in my situation?

so I drink the original nespresso pods, but recently I’ve been going to a speciality shop for the last couple days and it was amazing, they also sell their beans. unfortunately i went back to the nespresso pods a few days later and they tasted super weak and diluted.

would something like an aero press help me create a similar flat white type coffee? I know you can’t do strict espresso per se with the crema and whatnot but from what I gather the nespresso doesnt make great espresso anyway.

id buy a grinder and scale as well if I go aeropress.

Has anyone experienced very little side effects on Amitriptyline?

I have the option to try it for migraine prevention. However all the comments I see online talk about the horrible side effects, however I know most of the time people with bad effects will be more vocal.

Has anyone gone on it, and had minimal side effects? I guess the only unavoidable one is the sleepiness but that's why its taken evening time

How has propranolol affected your athletic ability?

for context, about to fail depakote. Options are Amitriptyline or Propranolol - I know propranolol is usually first however we decided against it initially because I am someone who goes to the gym and (well used to) runs once a week.

has anyone else given it a try and what was the athletic effects? did it make running and gym way more difficult?

What is the story of The Division dying and being resurrected by Ubisoft?

Of all the Destiny talk right now, a lot of people bring up that the division was at its end of life and because there were so many players, Ubisoft started investing back into the game and green lighting a seque / continuing development and updates on D2l. What is the actual story behind this? or was a sequel/constant content always planned

Completely random, but I noticed that the old mine trains have the same track as the new mine trains. Have they just decided not to update them because they work just fine, or have they been updated but just not ordered as of recent
