I want to create a font for my Conlang and it uses an Abugida style script, in addition to some letters looking different depending on their position in the word.

Is there any tutorial for that?

I prefer to use Adobe Illustrator and FontForge, but anything else

I want to do these piercings but in one year I'll have to substitute them to clear "pins" so they won't close up, how much time does it take for these piercings to heal until I'm able to do it?
