My feet measurement is 25cm long and 10 cm wide

What skin condition could I have? I felt that the skin on my scrotum is smoother after I have this issue. It doesn’t itch though. The skin under appear slightly pinkish after those skin flake off.

I slipped forward last night while playing badminton. It didn’t hurt much right after so I continue playing. I would rate the pain now at 1/10 around the Achilles tendon when I try to dorsiflex or plantar flex the ankle fully. I don’t think my case is serious. But what kind of injury is this? How can I prevent this in the future?
