iPhone 14 Plus battery at 75%… should I upgrade to the 17 or 17 Pro?

iPhone 14 Plus battery at 75%… should I upgrade to the 17 or 17 Pro?

Feb 2023 I’ve got an iPhone 14 Plus and my battery health is already down to 75% with the “significantly degraded” message showing up.
I’m thinking about upgrading but I’m honestly stuck between the regular iPhone 17 and the 17 Pro.
My usage is mostly:
TikTok
X / Twitter
Reddit
Instagram
YouTube
I don’t really game or do heavy editing. Battery life matters a lot to me though.
Would you guys just replace the battery and keep the 14 Plus, or upgrade?
And if upgrading, is the Pro actually worth it for someone with my usage?

When does the morning grogginess/dizziness get better?

I’ve been taking 15 mg at night for the past 3 days, and while it definitely helps me sleep, waking up has been rough. I feel super groggy and kind of dizzy/disoriented for a while after getting out of bed.
For people who’ve taken mirtazapine:
How long did it take for the morning “drugged” feeling to improve?
Did your body eventually adjust?
Did changing the dose or taking it earlier at night help?
Just curious about other people’s experiences.

Which asthma maintenance inhaler helped you the most?

People with asthma who use maintenance inhalers like Trelegy, Relvar/Breo, Advair, Symbicort, etc… which one helped you the most?

And what made the biggest difference for you? Less wheezing? Better exercise tolerance? Fewer flare-ups? Better sleep?
Would love to hear real experiences.

I’ve had chronic allergies for years and it’s honestly exhausting

Hello

I have moderate sinusitis/sinus inflammation, and one of my biggest symptoms is constant sneezing. I sneeze literally every few hours, every single day. Sometimes it comes with nasal congestion, post-nasal drip, itchy nose, and pressure around my sinuses.

It feels like any environment change triggers it. I leave my house and get into my car — sneezing. I walk from the parking lot into work — sneezing. I leave work and step outside — sneezing again. It’s like my nose reacts to everything.

Currently I’m using Dymista (fluticasone + azelastine) nasal spray and taking Zyrtec daily. They help a bit, but the symptoms never fully go away.

I also recently got diagnosed with bronchitis/asthma-like airway issues using Relvar ellipta 200

so now I’m wondering if everything is connected somehow (allergies, sinuses, wheezing, etc.).

Does anyone else deal with nonstop sneezing like this even while on medications? What actually helped you?

Diagnosed with Bronchitis/Asthma but Still Wheezing Despite Trelegy & Relvar

Hi guys

30M I got diagnosed with bronchitis back in February after dealing with wheezing, chest tightness, and breathing issues. My doctor initially prescribed Trelegy 200 for one month, and during that time the wheezing improved a lot.

But after stopping it, the wheezing came back again. Later I was told it may actually be asthma/reactive airways.

Now I’ve been on Relvar 200 for almost a month. I do feel somewhat better overall and I don’t really get severe shortness of breath, but I still hear wheezing, especially on exhale or after exertion (stairs, walking fast, etc.). Sometimes my chest still feels a bit tight too.

What confuses me is:
- My spirometry/pulmonary function test was mostly normal.
- The wheezing is still there despite using a strong inhaler consistently.
- Viral infections/colds seem to trigger symptoms badly and the cough/wheezing can last weeks.

Has anyone experienced wheezing that took months to fully calm down even while on inhalers?
Did you end up staying on maintenance inhalers long term or switching medications?

Would appreciate hearing other people’s experiences.

Hi everyone,

I’m 30 years old and was never diagnosed with asthma before this year.

In January, I had bronchitis, and then again in February. After that, my doctor did a spirometry test and diagnosed me with asthma. I was prescribed Trelegy Ellipta 200.

About a month later, I stopped using Trelegy for a week and repeated the test, and my lung function came back normal.

Two weeks ago, with dust and rainy weather in my area, I started noticing wheezing when I exhale. I saw another doctor who said it’s seasonal asthma triggered by weather conditions, and prescribed Relvar Ellipta 200 for 3 months, along with montelukast tablets.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
Does this sound like temporary/seasonal asthma, or something that usually becomes chronic?
