Hi everyone! I'm putting together a new trailer for my game Bedrotting Simulator. I'm looking for feedback on the first ~20 seconds (attached) before the rest of the trailer focuses on other gameplay. I'll (maybe) add some scary droning music to this clip? Or might keep it as is.

I'm looking for a couple things specifically:

• Is it too slow/boring? would it keep your attention as the start of a ~60 sec trailer?
• Is it scary? Does it sell the game's concept?
• Is it clear what's happening? Too over/underwhelming? Confusing?

I've always found it helpful to process my struggles through art and creative output, and game development has proven to be a genuinely life-changing outlet for me. Ironically, after spending the last year and a half making this game, I’m in a much better place mentally than when I started.
