acuity short shifter / Hondata

first time putting acuity short shifter in my 9th gen, feels great. Is it normal for reverse to feel extra tight, lol? Also drop some interior pics if you guys have a 9th gen looking for inspo for mine ! Oh yeah- I have a manga flow exhaust and an intake that came w the car, I plan on changing them soon , but not now. Do I need to get a tune? And if so, would getting hondata and just going w a base map be okay?

rock auto maintenance

I have a 9 gen si that I recently got and going to start doing all my maintenance. Anybody order their things from rockauto? If so, things to avoid and things that are great to purchase. And also other food website to find Honda stuff

skunk2 dp

lowkey a rookie question lol but I have a magnaflow exhaust on my 9 gen right now, too quiet for my liking. I am looking to buy a skunk2 downpipe bc sm is selling one on fb marketplace, and I’ve heard these things make a big difference. does the downpipe just bolt onto the magnaflow pipe?

2014 civic si idle issue

has anybody had a similar issue to this or know what this could be

I recently just bought a 2014 civic si sedan, it starts normally and idles normal, doesn’t idles like it’s going to stall out. Although when Im driving, when I’m in gear not moving it goes from 1000 rpm to about 2000 and when I go to neutral it stops and idles just fine, when’s it’s fluctuating from 1000 to 2000 doesn’t stall out or shake doesn’t feel like it’s wanting to die out. Idles just fine in neutral and when starting anything helps!

UPDATE: it was the MAF sensor

imid screen

I have a 2014 civic si sedan. My radio works, my steering wheel buttons work to control it. My imid screen is black though. Not sure what fuses to try pull and replace, not sure if it’s the same for 2d 4d and specific models of the 9 gen’s. I know this is a common issue with this gen but anyone else here that don’t care for that screen anyway?

aesthetics

how can I spice this up a little bit. Getting bored of how it looks… more color, more aesthetically pleasing. Already planning on changing the case

so I just bought a pc that someone else built, I been using it for about a week now and have no complaints. I play valorant , call of duty, forza, and gta and other games that aren’t as advanced like call of duty.

This is the build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K (10-core / 16-thread)
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3070 8GB
RAM: 32GB G.Skill Trident Z DDR4 3200MHz (2×16)
Storage: 512GB WD NVMe SSD + 1TB Samsung SATA SSD
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z690-A
PSU: Montech Century II 850W 80+ Gold
Cooling: Corsair AIO 240mm with LCD Display
Case: Corsair iCUE 4000X
OS: Windows 11 Pro

What do you guys think? Anything I should change in the near future, anything that could be better ? anything helps as this is my first pc!
