We are 5 young adults (19-21) living in Lalitpur. Few months ago we rented a 3 talle house in Khumaltar, Lalitpur. 2 of our friends are moving abroad.
2 Rooms are vacant. We are looking for:
- Boys who are self employed, working in a startup or working from home.
- Disciplined, hygienic, and responsible.

( housemates include: i) agency owner running $50K+/M business, ii) video agency owner & music production, iii) someone has previously worked in Biz like Khalti, sold his own startup & currently working for AI startups).
THESE ROOMS ARE NOT FOR YOU IF YOU:
are careless, troublesome, are into hook up, smoke, regular drinking, into drugs.
Things to know:
The toilet/bathroom will be shared among 2 guys. Gym, big mart, kk mart, shandar momo, dude dairy, masu pasal all under 670 meter range.
RENT : RS 13.5K + RS 1400 (maid) + Electricity, Trash & Water bills.
