I don't know how to word this, because for some reason the sub does not allow certain words, but I successfully manifested perfect results on something and my favorite teacher telling me it was the best performance she had ever seen in all of her years of teaching.

Throwback to the day before the first test.

I fall asleep to the affirmation “I saw the end and it was wonderful”. Really felt it. Felt reassured by it. Kept repeating it for a while until it felt right. Knew in my heart it was true.

First test comes: I have to write an essay, and among the prompt options there's a prompt on the concept of wonder.

“I saw the end and it was wonderful”

Prompt on wonder. RIIIIIGHT.

Second test: I have the easiest time ever.

Results come out and, obviously, perfect on both.

The day of my oral exposition comes by and it goes perfectly. End result? Of course, perfect.

But remember, I also wanted to explicitly get a message from my teacher where she told me I did the best exposition she had ever seen.

GUESS WHO GOT THAT MESSAGE? ME!

Sorry if I sound dumb from this post, but I don't have a better way to explain it. All I did was feel it already done

I started a new playthrough of Spyro 1 and thought “hey, wouldn't it be interesting to play without music?”.

So I did that: I turned off the music and left the other effects on.

Let me tell you: I'm only halfway through Artisans, but it's been such a magical experience. Each Spyro theme is a real banger and it goes perfectly with the corresponding level, but playing throught the stages without the music adds another layer to it.

You're able to hear Spyro's little steps much more clearly, you can hear the birds chirping and the crickets in Dark Hollow. You can hear the crows in Stone Hill, the waterfalls in the homeworld. It is such a special experience.

Now, this might just be me, but I felt like I was IN the game and feeling the breeze on my skin while I played.

I think it's incredible how this game is able to provoke such emotions in the player. The beauty of the low-poly levels, with their magical skyboxes and fairytale-like elements, makes it feel like you're venturing into a fever dream rather than just playing a game.

I love all of my beautiful stuffed friends. Everyone gets their cuddle time and the adequately sized ones even sleep with me at night in rotation.

However, there are those particular plushies that for some reason just feel closer to me.

In my case, they're not necessarily the ones I find the most aesthetically pleasing, or the most comfortable to snuggle. They're the ones that glow with a calming, comforting aura.

One of them is the IKEA orangutan and I love her because she has such a stupid, adorable expression on her face. She just looks so chill all the time and it calms me down as well.

The other one is a tiger from a local toy factory, I don't even think he has a brand. His little happy expression looks so innocent and immediately lifts me up. On top of that, his fur is very soft and cuddly.

I'm so grateful for this community because it's my safe space to share my thoughts and feelings about my little friends. Thank you for being here, r/plushies ❤️
