helloo! i just viewed a unit in UT4 kanina and planning to reserve it na sana. kaso i found out that meralco kload (prepaid electricity) pala yung setup, so i wanted to ask for insights first.

for UT4 tenants, kamusta yung experience niyo with kload? hindi ba siya hassle in the long run, especially when it comes to reloading? also, how’s your electricity consumption, mataas ba siya?

for reference, i will be bringing my own appliances. inverter ac, inverter ref, range hood, induction cooker, and my WFH setup (laptop + monitor).
