I live in SoPo and have a wedding in Bar Harbor over Labor Day weekend (the Saturday). I was originally going to stay with friends for the weekend but since planning and finding a rental last year, am now going to be 38 weeks pregnant. So my husband and I plan to just drive up for the day. The wedding is at 1pm. I'm thinking if we leave by 9am we should be okay? Just want thoughts from people who know the holiday traffic better than I do. Thank you all :)

I usually listen while I work out and read while I’m home and relaxing. In all my years of doing this, I’ve only come across two books where I truly cannot stand the narrator. This second one has boiled my blood to the point I made this post. The books are Molka and Summers never over. Two different narrators. One has a lisp and the other claims to have an “American accent” but she’s Italian and it shines through in almost every sentence. I really am not bothered by people with accents or lisps in my every day life but I feel like it takes me out of the story every time I go to listen.

I’ve been almost hit 3 times in the last week by drivers cutting across multiple lanes of traffic. I really can’t blame out of staters either bc they’ve all been maine plates. Im not a road rager but yesterday after it happened the third time I really thought I was going to blow a gasket

Massive fuck you to the white pickup merging from exit 5 to 295 South. Drifting from the on ramp to the left lane in one swoop is gonna get someone hurt. You’re welcome I was paying attention and hit my brakes just in time.

I live in New England and am having a baby in September. It’s a mountain themed nursery :) I’d love to decorate w some Noah lyrics. The three obvious are “you’re gonna go far” “you’ve got all my love” “keep your mind, keep your time, keep humble”

But are there any others I’m forgetting?

We’re also probably incorporate other lyrics from some of our favorite songs (not Noah) so I think this is a rlly cute idea and would love input for the Noah lyrics :)

I was the president of the itty bitty titty committee and now I’m….huge. My arms and legs just feel puffy (not fat necessarily just…fluff?) and my face just looks so round. I’m 22weeks and holy moly I guess this is just the beginning lol.

ETA: my blood pressure is normal and I’m not concerned about preeclampsia :) just ranting about how my body is just whiplash changing so rapidly

I’m putting in a shed and want to concrete a small area. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advanced :)
