I caulked the edge of this frosted window and got silicone caulk on the frosted glass. Is there anything that can remove the silicone residue? I tried rubbing alcohol but it did not work.

Assuming the boxes are plastic and the fixtures are porcelain, why is the ground needed and how does it actually work? Why not just leave the ground in the first fixture open like the second fixture?

I reached 10 yrs of public service on April 1st. I certified my employment at the beginning of May. FSA shows my certified period as 10 yrs and 1 month under the “Employment Certification” tab. I received no other info from FSA that I have 10yrs of eligible employment. I’ve been in SAVE forbearance since 2024.
Since my employment certification shows as completed and FSA’s website shows 10 yrs of certified employment, do I now request the buyback for the SAVE forbearance months since 2024? Or is there something else that needs to be done or documented before I can request a buyback?
