Hi! I've read post here na di nag declare ng ph license nila while some did. May nabasa rin ako na mag matter daw kung anong state mo.

NCLEX NY po kasi yung plan ko but ipapa endorse sa ibang state. Is it better to just endorse my ph license paraa walang problem sa pag endorse?

Some kasi processed their NCLEX mga 1st 3 mos this yr, but August na po kasi. What's the difference po ba if ideclare ang license vs sa hindi?

Hi! Please help poo. May pa cash-in and out kami dito sa store namin and I asked yung ate namin sa bahay (katulong po) na sya mag handle ng Gcash. Okay lang po ba yung salary nya is 20% amount ng total sales sa isang month ng Gcash?

For example po: sa isang month, total sale ng Gcash cash in/out is 4000.

20% ng 4000 is 800. Yung 800 po is sweldo nya for the whole month.

Note: di po kasi fixed yung sale ng Gcash, depende lang if madami ang nag pa Gcash sa araw na yan or hindi.

Okay lang po ba yun? May nagsabi po kasi na mas okay if 15% kasi ang laki ng 20%, meron din nag sabi na ang small ng 20%.

I've been told na mag-DIY nalang but gusto ko rin po sana malaman if may agency/review centers ba here sa Cebu na highly recommended.

They told me po na magada daw if DIY kasi mas less yung total payment and hawak mo yung oras mo especially if working na. Ako lang po kasi isa mag take kayaa gusto ko rin sana mag agency nalang para less hassle.

Hi! Who is from Cebu or Lapu-Lapu here? There is still a hiring freeze here but which hospital is better to work as a Staff Nurse? Mactan Doctors Hospital or MactanMed (previously known as ARC Hospitals)?

Mactan Doctors is a tertiary hospital with a 151-bed capacity. MactanMed is a primary hospital with a 100-bed capacity, but ever since the new ownership under Mount Grace Hospitals (UNILAB), which happened this March, I heard that they are applying for a 210-bed capacity.

If you have to choose between the two, what would you choose?

I hope that hospital is good for you to experience and for applying abroad in the US or Europe.

Hi! Worth it po ba talaga mag take ng German classes? No exp needed, pwede kahit fresh grad. Sponsored lahat2 by the agency. After B2 ay mag process ng papers then lilipad na sa Germany/Austria. Then 6 mos NA, take the exam and pass it. 2 years contract ng agency.

Or mag take NCLEX?

Sino na nakapag German language dito na nasa Germany na? I was told po kasi na mag take nalang ng NCLEX kasi ang hirap daw ng language, lalo na kapag no bedside experience. Pero sayang din kasi yung offer ng agency, free na pero you just have to work harder and smarter to pass hanggang B2 exam. They also told me na mas malaki yung salary ng USA kesa sa Germany.

Ano po sa tingin nyo? And between the two po, which one will you choose?

What to do po? I had my initial interview last week. I was told they will send me an email for the rescheduled date of my final interview this week because all nurses for final interview were occupied at that time but it's Thursday na po pero walang na receive na email.

Nag follow up ako yesterday pero no response pa rin. Walang pasok ba yung mga HR kapag holiday at weekends?

My classmates ako nag apply March, kami Feb pero mas na una pa sila natawagan at na hired. Palagi kami ng fo-follow up pero sinabihan lang kami na puno na at may mas na una pa kesa sa amin. Mostly kaka hired lang this month March din daw nag apply.
