Serious question

Since 2022. I’ve been experiencing something called an atypical migraine with cranial autonomic symptoms . I don’t get headaches ever with this. I get sneezing then severe watering out of one eye and my nose is watering nonstop for days to a few weeks. Also severe and intense photophobia. Also my sense of smell goes strong. The only thing that I found to make symptoms stop is tramadol but then it wears off after a few hours. I have never found a medication to truly abort this. The symptoms can last weeks and be debilitating because I can’t look at screens with the extreme photophobia. I never know when it’s going to happen I could literally wake up in the middle of the night with water, running down my face and choking me in my sleep. It’s confusing because it feels like I could be having a really bad allergy attack or some type of cold but then it doesn’t go away and I’m only getting watering out of one eye. In 2022 it happened 11 times. then in 2023 in 2024 it slowed down and since last year it’s been picking up again. I could try going back on emgality but it’s so painful and I don’t really know if it works. The only thing I haven’t tried is oxygen.
My neurologist said he doesn’t have any other patients with this diagnosis because I don’t get any head pain. The cranial autonomic symptoms apparently are very similar to somebody with a cluster headache. It sucks. I just wish I knew how to abort it or to stop it from happening. I have no idea what triggers it?

The first 2 cortisone injections into my left si joint gave moderate relief but not for long enough. I had ablation 6 weeks ago but it’s not doing anything or minimal. The sports med doctor and pain mgmt doctor who did the ablation aren’t referring me to a surgeon because they said “ they don’t know any” I live in Maine. What do I do? I also have glute minimus tendenosis and a torn or partial torn left hip labrum. I’m in so much pain! I’m only 45. wtf do I do? My doctors do not want to refer me to surgeons

How triggering is this for all the men and women who have been survivors of sexual assault to watch so many people in our communities stand by and make excuse after excuse on how it doesn’t matter that these predators rape just so they can elect whoever is on their stupid side?

I’ve been faithfully logging all my food everyday since September and find the old version of the Fitbit app super easy to use. For myself this has been an amazing way to track my intake and hold myself accountable to overeating. I’ve lost 30 pounds since I started. I was not planning on switching to the premium on new ap. I’ve been poking around on it and do not like the layout for tracking meals. What is everyone else doing?
