Is it possible to use a mini 2k(Lower resolution) screen within a 4k screen?

Basically 27" 2k within a 48" 4k TV/screen in this particular config.

So I have a LG oled48c3pua 48" and I was wondering if this is possible?

I don't have a very big room and I got a very good deal on this OLED so I had to buy it.

I faintly remember changing to a lower resolution and changing some scaling settings in nvidia can get that smaller display in the center of the screen(have not tried it on this yet)

But I am specifically looking to achieve this configuration of the screen so that I can comfortably sit closer.

TIA!

Help me decide please!

So there is a person selling their PC with this configuration

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Jasky/saved/#view=rmPNyc

which was built in july 2024 so expected wear and tear. What would be the best price for this config and this is my first time getting a PC so please help me on what to look for as a second hand desktop buyer, any help will be really appreciated!

I think this post might fall under valuation but if being someone who has no knowledge on pc parts and prices please at lease guide me to right direction. TIA!
