Progesterone - Cycle or Continuous

Ladies who feel the benefits of progesterone for sleep and anxiety, what do you use to help these when you cycle progesterone? When I decrease my progesterone to start my period, I get anxious and my sleep is hindered. Do y'all just decrease the progesterone or stop it completely? I've been taking 100 mg for over a month. How do y'all cycle?

Progesterone - Decreased Appetite

Hello all! I just increased my progesterone dose and I’m noticing a decrease in appetite and even feeling fuller much sooner after eating. Is this part of the adjustment phase?

Low or High Progesterone

So I can’t determine if my progesterone is too low or too high. I’m not on estrogen. I just finished my period and my nervous system is very unregulated. I’m waking up on edge from too much cortisol in my opinion. I’m amped up before I even drink my morning coffee. Any advice is appreciated!

My period came 8 days late, and my anxiety has been so high since it started. Could the period delay have affected my nervous system?
