Considering cutting my Mammotion losses.

I’m on my second summer with a Luba Mini for my front yard. When this thing works it’s not bad, but does damage the lawn. The problem is it can’t be trusted. A couple times now it’s decided to somehow lower the deck to below the normal minimum and absolutely scalp my yard. There are a litany of other issues that I’ve manage to work around.

At this point I’m ready to cut my losses and was looking at the Navimow x4. My front yard is pretty small (cul de sac) but has a ditch so 4wd is necessary. My lawn is Bermuda cut at 0.8”.

What I’m looking for is something I can leave for a week and trust it should just work. Obviously it might take a couple weeks to tweak everything. Ive got an old school Husqvarna in my 2/3 acre backyard that is a beast, 5th season with minimal issues.

What’s everyone’s experience with reliability and second how’s parts availability?

Just don’t buy one of these. Custom support is nonexistant.

My mower keeps randomly stopping in the middle of the yard and then dies requiring me to drag its lifeless body back to the charger.

I messaged support about this. I got a couple replies of things to do then radio silence for a month and a half. You will almost certainly need support for this piece of junk and when you do good luck!

Between the update that nerfed the turns that started destroying my lawn and the unreliability I really am just waiting for this thing to die or get stolen so I can replace it with something that actually works.
